Soundcast SurroundCast

$199.00 Released January, 2008

Product Shot 1 The Pros:A relatively cheap solution for those seeking wireless speakers. Setup is very basic - hook up the speaker wires and plug everything in. Uses very little power - automatic standby mode when inactive for a set period of time.

The Cons:Still may interfere with nearby wireless devices (most notably wireless Xbox 360s). Still a fair amount of wiring necessary for the setup to work.

The Soundcast SurroundCast is one of Soundcast's unique transmitters for use with home theatre audio. It is intended for use with rear speakers, and eliminates the need to run audio cables from the speakers to a receiver.
