Sony SRSZ50

The Sony SRSZ50 is a computer speaker system outfitted with two 39mm speakers that output a total of 10w of power. The fourth of four Sony SRS models, the SRSZ50 is a downgrade from the SRSZ100 in that it offers a reduced power output of 10w (versus 20w), it does not feature a Mega Bass function, and it doesn’t include offer tweeters.

Each speaker on the SRSZ50, however, does pack a mid-range driver with a reflex port for an enhanced bass response. In addition, the SRSZ50 sports magnetic shielding for reduced interference, a headphone jack, and 2 analog inputs for a PC as well as other portable units. The Sony SRSZ100 retails for $59.99 (versus $99.99) and comes with a 90 day limited warranty.
