Sony HomeShare SA-NS500 is an AirPlay compatible vortex shaped speaker that houses five drivers including one subwoofer for 360° sound reproduction. It weighs about ten pounds and has a carrying handle built in to the top which makes positioning the speaker and finding the sweet spot easier.

Not only is it equipped with Sony HomeShare wireless home networking protocol making it compatible with a range of devices, Apple AirPlay allows you to stream music from your iTunes folder on your computer using an iPhone/iPad as the remote, or straight from the Apple device itself. Rechargeable internal battery will last up to six hours, while an AC outlet provides power and a LAN/Ethernet port lets you connect to a computer or home network.
