Introduced at CES 2007 the Mako 2.1 speaker system is a compact stereo speaker system by Razer. Intended for use with a PC, the Mako 2.1 utilizes the desk surface it is placed on to increase and smooth-over the sound produced by the surprisingly small satellite speakers.

Also surprsing is the fact that the Mako 2.1 speakers are THX certified - meaning the sound produced is up to par when it comes to quality as well as quantity. With a frequency range of 30-20,000 Hz and an amplified headphone jack, the Mako 2.1 system comes with a wired remote control.
