The Z523 is a 2.1 channel multimedia speaker system from Logitech and is an upgrade in power to the Z323. The system includes two satellite speakers that provide 360-degree sound for audio in all directions.

It also has a down-firing subwoofer which, along with the speakers, provides 40 watts RMS power and a frequency response of 35 Hz to 20 kHz. The Z523 comes with a headphone jack for private listening as well as 2 auxilliary inputs for connecting the speakers to a variety of devices. It also includes on-speaker controls for convenient access to volume and power controls. The system has a suggested retail price of $100 and comes with a 2 year limited warranty.
